Enrollment Procedure
Step 1.
Fill out the Google Form “BF Homes School Enrollment AY 2024 – 2025”
Step 2.
> 2.A. If there are no Financial, Academic, or Documentary Deficiencies from AY 2023-2024, go to Step 3
> 2. B If there are Financial, Academic, or Documentary Deficiencies from AY 2023-2024, you will receive a list of your Unpaid Balances and/or Academic and Documentary Deficiencies, and instructions on how to settle them. Once cleared, you may proceed to Payment.
Wait for the Email response from BF Homes School regarding Enrollment Confirmation. A copy of the Payment Scheme and Payment Details will be included.

Step 3a: ON-SITE PAYMENT
Proceed to the BF Homes School’s Registrar’s Office. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm (lunch break: 12:00nn-1:30pm)(closed on Holidays)
Step 4a.
ENROLLMENT DONE. The student is now officially enrolled at BF Homes School Inc.

Step 3b: ONLINE PAYMENT
Pay the necessary amount then send us an Email of Proof of Payment. Send a photo of your Deposit Slip or a screenshot of your Successful Payment or Bank Transfer so that we can confirm the payment. Make sure the DATE and TIME of your payment is included in the photo.
Step 4b.
You will receive acknowledgement of payment with photos of the receipt.
ENROLLMENT DONE. The student is now officially enrolled at BF Homes School Inc.

Submit the necessary documents to the Registrar’s Office:
—> 1. PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
—> 2. Report Card with LRN (original)
—> 3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
—> 4. Covid-19 Vaccination Card (photocopy) (if applicable)
—> 5. GRADE 1 ONLY: ECCD Booklet
Note: Hard copies of these documents should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office of BF Homes School before you can proceed to PAYMENT. Place them all inside a long brown envelope. The school is open Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm; lunch break: 12:00nn-1:30pm; closed on Holidays.
NOTE: Requirements for ESC Voucher Applicants will be sent via email on a later date.
